Last year was our best year ever and 2011 is starting even stronger.

We would like to think that our expertise in marketing was the sole reason for the great year. More likely it’s due to the Alberta Condominium Property Act changes back in 2000, and the beginning of a new 5 year cycle. Either way, it is expected that 2011 and 2012 are going to be very busy years for having Reserve Fund Studies completed. Because of this, we are suggesting that you send your proposal requests early.
So what makes Delta Appraisal different from our competitors? We believe it’s our perspective.

We have the perspective:

  • of a condo owner, having been one for many years we have no desire to receive major increases in condominium fees or a special assessment, but understand how and why they occur;
  • of a Board member, have been on many different Boards including condominium and non-profit associations, we understand the challenges faced by Board members;
  • of a Property manager, we have sat in hundreds of meetings as a property manager and understand how difficult they can sometimes be;

  • of a Reserve Fund Planner, with the ability to keep all of the other perspectives in mind while completing the Reserve Fund Study.
