At Delta Appraisal Corporation we understand condominiums
Ernie Paustian has over eighteen years of real estate experience, including ten years as a residential and commercial property manager. His experience provides a greater understanding of the challenges faced by professional condominium managers, their boards and unit owners.
Experience is great, but only when combined with appropriate training. When you contract Delta Appraisal Corporation, your Reserve Fund Study will be prepared in conformity with the Certified Reserve Planner Designation Program and the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
What is a CRP (Certified Reserve Planner)?
A Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) is a designated member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada REIC and a professional that performs all types of reserve fund planning services for condominiums, non-profit and cooperative housing, institutions, government, and many other organizations. This planning is essential to provide capital resources for maintaining buildings in safe and good condition. Individuals with this qualification often have backgrounds as engineers and engineering technicians or technologists, professional appraisers, etc.
What is an AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute)?
An Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designates fully accredited membership in the Appraisal Institute of Canada and may be used by the holder in connection with the appraisal of a wide range of property types.
The AACI designation requires extensive coursework from AIC's Program of Professional Studies, completion of an income case study, at least two years in the Applied Experience Program, and completion of both a written examination and oral interview.
Our functional Reserve Fund Studies are unbiased as we are not competitors in the engineering, maintenance or property management components of the business sector. Contact us for further details.
